We are building an AI-powered broker platform focused on speed, clarity, execution, and training.

Role Description

This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) role.

Outside California candidates are welcome and can start immediately by focusing on commercial / business-purpose loan programs (investment-purpose only).

For this initial business-purpose track, an NMLS license is generally not required, depending on state regulations and the activity performed.

Loan Officers in this role will:

  • Generate and manage loan pipeline (self-generated business)
  • Work with investors and business-purpose borrowers to structure financing solutions
  • Analyze borrower and property scenarios (assets, income, project plan, exit strategy)
  • Present program options clearly and professionally
  • Coordinate with lenders, processors, and internal support partners
  • Maintain compliance standards and strong client relationships from first call to closing

Compensation Potential

Commission is performance-based and uncapped.

  • Certain transactions may generate $10,000+ commission, depending on loan size, complexity, and structure
  • With consistent production, even 1 funded deal per month may position you toward six-figure income potential

Growth Path (Optional)

Loan Officers may also choose to expand into consumer residential mortgage origination.

For residential mortgage activities, candidates must:

  • Hold an active NMLS license, or
  • Be willing to obtain and maintain NMLS licensing (SAFE Act compliance, continuing education)

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Background in mortgage, lending, real estate, finance, or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Coachable mindset and strong desire to learn
  • Investor/commercial lending interest preferred (experience not required)
  • NMLS license NOT required for the initial business-purpose commercial track
  • (required only if/when originating consumer residential mortgage loans)
